We understand you want your new glasses as quickly as possible and all our production systems are designed to give you the quickest possible delivery.
Most of our orders are despatched within seven days, and some in as little as three, but to avoid disappointment please allow seven to fourteen days.
In exceptional circumstances it may take up to twenty-eight days. We will always let you know if your order is going to take longer than normal and when you can expect to receive them.
