How To Order

The first step is to get an up to date prescription – it must be within the last two years. If you have had a test recently, you can ask your optician for a copy; by law they must provide you with one. Please don’t feel obliged to buy your glasses from them; you’re under no obligation to.
Have a good look through our selection of glasses – start by clicking on your preferred frame style, left. You can easily upload a picture of yourself onto our ‘nuYou’ feature to try on various styles, or you may wish to order some trial frames to be sent to your home.
Once you have found the glasses you would like, you will be shown various options and prompted to enter your prescription details. There is no need to send us your optician’s prescription form.
Payment can be made in several ways. We accept all major credit cards through our 128-bit encrypted payment system – this is a very secure method of payment. For more information view Will my Credit Card Details be Secure?. We also accept postal orders and cheques.
If you prefer to use the phone you can call us on 0845 833 63 73 between 8am and 8pm to place your order. Or you can download an Order Form from any product page and either fax it or post it back to us.
